FAQ

Where are you located?

I am in beautiful Southern Oregon!

What if I don't see the flavor I had in mind?

Shoot me an email at violajeansweets@gmail.com or leave it in your quote request form and we can chat!

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! I can certainly swap standard flour for gluten-free flour, however, I use all of the same equipment and tools, so I cannot guarantee that there will not be cross-contamination. An additional cost will apply.

Do you offer lower prices on larger orders?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer discounts on large orders. A lot of time is spent making sure each treat looks just as good as the last. It's a labor of love!

Do you require a deposit?

Generally, all orders under $100 must be paid for at the time of order to secure your spot on my calendar. Any order over $100 requires a 50% deposit and completion of payment one week prior to pick up.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made with at least one weeks' notice in order to receive a refund. Orders are started a day or two in advance, and supplies must be secured early, therefore no refund will be given for short notice cancellations. I am more than happy to provide freezing instructions so you can enjoy your treats at a later date.

If for some reason I have an emergency and have to cancel your order, a refund will of course be given.

What happens if I don't pick up my treats?

If items are not picked up on the agreed-upon date and time, and no contact has been made to reschedule, orders will be forfeit after 72 hours. After this time frame, I cannot guarantee freshness. No refund or credit will be given.

How do I transport my treats?

Because bakery boxes need to be kept on a flat surface, the floor of your vehicle is typically the safest place to put them.

It is never recommended to leave your treats in the heat for prolonged periods of time. If it is a warm day, please plan accordingly.

Once items are out of my hands, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur.

What is the best way to cut my cake?

How far in advance should I place an order?

As soon as you know you have a celebration coming up, feel free to submit a request!

I generally open my calendar in three to four month chunks unless you are planning a large event.

Please note, all items are homemade and not prepared in an inspected food establishment. Bakes may come in contact with or contain common allergens such as peanuts, wheat, tree nuts, soy, eggs, dairy, shellfish, etc.
